Steelhome was born from the idea of its founder Mauro Pizzolato who after graduating as a surveyor in 1992 began his career as a builder, supported and advised by his father Pizzolato Florindo also a building entrepreneur since 1970.

Over time, his school knowledge is also enriched with the practical knowledge and experience necessary to continue alone the family business handed down for generations.

In 2008, aware of what the modern needs in construction are, what are the standards to be guaranteed to the buyer, attentive to the regulations in force in the anti-seismic , energy and acoustic qualification field, it develops a versatile construction system, fast in its execution, safe and of great qualitative feedback , safeguarding the most important aspect, that is the proposal of residential units at affordable prices and comparable to traditional building systems.  

Thus was born the SteelConcrete® construction system which will be followed in 2015 by the SteelWood® construction system.

A new way of conceiving the construction of residential buildings.  What has driven him over the years is the search, in addition to a system with higher performance than that proposed by traditional constructions, of a "home" system that can fully reflect the needs of the modern customer, giving great importance to services such as DESIGN , KEYS  IN HAND , to offer oneself to the customer as the SOLE INTERLOCUTOR , facilitating the realization and greatly reducing the REALIZATION TIMES and at the same time offering the customer a complete and GUARANTEED product in all its entirety.

Over the years it has always renewed itself, continuing to evolve and develop its construction systems, and always looking at company quality, acquiring certifications such as CE1090 , offering the customer not only a product of undisputed quality, but a respectable company structure.

The company has developed  its commercial network serving a large part of Northern Italy directly with its own workers and with a turnkey service. Furthermore, in the rest of Italy, collaboration with local architects , design studios and builders who use construction systems is very widespread, thus guaranteeing coverage in several regions.
