THIS IS HOW A VMC SYSTEM WORKS
A simple diagram that explains the operation of the mechanical ventilation system.
The internal air (A) passing through the evaporating coil (B) transfers heat to the heat pump and is only subsequently expelled (C). The refrigerant present inside the heat pump, after having subtracted energy from the expelled air, transfers it through the condensing coil (E) to the external renewal air (D) before this is introduced into the environment (F).
Thanks to the 4-way valve, the refrigeration cycle is inverted so that the “cold” contained in the expulsion air (A) is recovered in the condensing coil (B) before carrying out its expulsion (C). The external air (D) is filtered and subsequently cooled and dehumidified passing through the evaporator (E) before being released into the room (F).
